  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
